It's 22 years since Plant-a-Lamp caused a sensation when it appeared on "Tomorrow's World" and since then it has made thousands of people smile all around the world.
Sadly, all good things must come to an end and the advent of legislation outlawing tungsten lightbulbs, replacing them with low energy bulbs which are incompatible with Plant-a-Lamp's technology, means it's time to go.
